What is Staging?
A lot of people think that staging is simply another term for Interior Design. This
couldn't be farther from the truth. Staging is creating a Model Home setting
in a home for sale, and many times lived in. staging is removing all personal
belongings as well as clutter. It is also filling the space with properly proportioned
furniture and accessories.
Every staging project starts with a visit to the home for measurements and photographs.
I take each room separatly, to create an evaluation. I then provide the evaluation to
either the Home Owner, or the Realtor. The evaluation provides
a room by room report of the work that needs to be done to properly stage the home.
For Realtors
I can team up with realtors to assist with multiple listings as well as a single home.
I enjoy working with realtors, and I enjoy helping them get their listings sold. Pricing
is based per house.
Event Staging
With the economy the way it is, many people are bringing special events back into
the home. This means weddings, birthdays, anniversarys, and other special events
and parties. We offer staging for these events, as well as space planning and event
assistance.
